I took a few days rest in a little city called Silver City, NM. I stayed in three different places for free for three days (thanks to Ellen, Regina and William) and met a guy originally from Maryland with whom I traveled for the day to the Gila Cliff Dwellings and Gila Hot Springs. I feel groovy and my buttocks are soothed.
Not much to say because I've been relaxing so much, but here are a bunch of photos. I hope you enjoy them!

| On the way to the Hot Springs |
| Awesome color! |
| My buddy Jake. |
| Right about here is where I screamed "Happy Birthday Bauer!" to an echoing canyon. I told Jake, "Perhaps someday he'll hear that." |
| Gila Hot Springs - VERY relaxing and temp was 52 degrees outside. |
| Flat Stanley was reluctant to get his feet wet, but still interested. |
| Gorgeous sunset pictures of exfoliating rock formation, probably limestone. |
Going here was on my life's bucket list. But on the same day, I added one. Eating roots of cat tails that apparently taste like tubers.
Peace.
Simply WOW!! What a glorious diversion. And your calls to the universe WILL be heard.
